| Stirring with a spoon is not the optimal way to mix Factor4 powder into a drink. The optimal way to mix Factor4 in liquid is by using a shaker cup with a lid, a bottle blender as sold on the Factor4 website or in an electric blender. Shaking for 10 to 20 seconds results in a smooth liquid shake that has a very pleasant “mouth feel.” |
