During the aging process it becomes difficult, if not impossible, to balance the caloric equation with food from the grocery store for the following reasons:
First, there is an abundance of second-hand calories, including fat and carbohydrate (glycogen) in meat.
Second, commercial sources of protein (meat, chicken, fish) are enriched in negative-charged proteins and amino acids that build muscle mass. They are deficient in positive-charged proteins and amino acids that improve body weight health. As a consequence they lead to excessive weight gains unless intense exercise routines are employed.
